Client: Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of the Sacred Heart
The report from this project provides an extensive context for the goverance issues presently faced by the Congregation and its leaders, and then puts forward a substantive body of findings and recommendations for actions needed to revitalise the Congregation’s leadership functions in contemplation of the likely path ahead.
An open discussion – jointly by the outgoing and incoming Congregational Leadership Team office holders – of the report in draft form in January confirmed that as the final report for implementation.
To facilitate the wider conversations that now need to be had to achieve change, that discussion prompted one major addition – a summary report suitable for wider dissemination among the Congregation’s decision makers. That report is, essentially, the recommendations for implementation supported by a synopsis of the findings.
